I’m so sorry to hear about your situation with this person, but it really does help in terms of moving on and letting go if you de-center yourself and think about what’s really make them act a certain way toward you. doesn’t make any of their bad behavior okay at all, but I’ve found it does help to see that you are not the only thing in their life that’s affected by this subconscious, ongoing search for love ❤️🩹
